President Barack Obama's economic recovery plan has passed the Senate and just three Republicans helped pass the plan on a 61-37 vote. Obama wants to restore cuts in funds for school construction jobs and help for cash-starved states. The vote was 61-36, one more than the 60 needed to pass, so we see how hard this kind of process is. Let´s hope the money will arrive there where the people really need it.
