If you're using the AirPort Extreme with 802.11n from Apple you should download a new Firmware which close a security gab in the WLAN basic station. Apple makes no closer details of what kind of problem there was. But if the firmware of your AirPort-Extreme with Fast- and Gigabit-Ethernet is older than 7.3.1 you should make an update.
